Terms and conditions

The parties

Services are provided by DEYCRUSADER SRL, Tax ID 49404737, J2024000587406, with its registered office at Str. Sg. Șerban Manea nr. 5, Sector 5, Bucharest, under the DC Media brand. The client is the individual or legal entity that places an order or signs a contract with us.

The registered office is not an office open to the public, a place of business or a client meeting place. We work online.

The configuration and the order

• Configurator prices are final prices in EUR. DEYCRUSADER SRL is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
• The configuration describes exactly what the project includes: the base product, the options, the quantities, the estimated hours and the external costs that remain the client's responsibility.
• The order is placed from the order page, with an obligation to pay. When ordering, the RON amounts and the exchange rate used are fixed.
• The contract and the detailed brief are prepared after payment is confirmed and reflect the accepted configuration. The contract does not unilaterally change the order price.

External costs

The DC Media fee is fixed, based on the chosen services and quantities, and is not a percentage of the promotion budget. Ad budgets, AI and API usage, external subscriptions, the domain, licenses, app store fees and other explicit external expenses are paid by the client, separately. Any external purchase has its cost communicated before acceptance.

Start and timelines

• The administrative collaboration starts when payment is confirmed. Production starts after the contract, the brief and receipt of the necessary materials and access.
• The timelines shown are estimates calculated from the configuration hours, the specialist's daily capacity and a delivery buffer. They depend on receiving materials and feedback on time.
• For subscriptions, the period starts on the later of the contract signature date and the date the initial payment is received.

Revisions

• 3 revision rounds are included per deliverable or per stage defined in the configuration. A round means a consolidated list of feedback, sent once for that version.
• For video and UGC, revisions concern the editing according to the brief; reshooting for a changed brief is estimated separately.
• For monthly services, revisions apply to the batch proposed before publishing, not to materials already approved or published.
• Additional revisions are estimated at 60 EUR/hour and approved in advance.

Changes to requirements

If requirements change after the order, we estimate the new cost separately and you approve it before execution. The total of the original order doesn't change without your agreement.

Fixing non-conformities

For 30 days from handover we fix, at no cost, any non-conformities with the agreed deliverables. This is not a subscription for unlimited changes; new features and changed requirements are estimated separately.

Intellectual property

• After full payment, the original work created for the project and the agreed deliverables become the client's property, under the contract.
• With staged payment, the full transfer of rights takes place after all instalments are paid, without blocking the use of the deliverable under the terms of the contract.
• External licenses, fonts, stock images and open-source components keep their own terms; we cannot transfer exclusivity over them.
• We hand over the source files and access related to our own agreed work.

Hosting

For web projects delivered by DC Media, the first year of standard hosting is included, from launch or hosting activation, with the resources listed in the configuration. The domain is paid separately, preferably in the client's name. From the second year, standard renewal has the price shown in the configuration and is not charged automatically without the client's choice.

Subscriptions

• Monthly services can be purchased for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. We recommend 3 months for a realistic assessment, without this being an obligation.
• If you don't explicitly choose renewal, the subscription ends at the selected duration.
• If you choose renewal, you can stop it at least 7 days before the next period.
• The balance for a service already provided and the payment for a new period are different amounts: on termination only the balance for the service provided is owed.

Emergencies

Urgent work is billed at the hourly rate communicated in advance: 100, 150 or 200 EUR/hour, depending on the time and severity, minimum 30 minutes, then in 15 minute increments. Rates don't stack. The emergency rate does not guarantee a fixed resolution time.

Liability

We are responsible for providing the services according to the configuration and the contract. We don't guarantee commercial results, search engine rankings, citations in AI assistant answers, app approval by the stores or campaign performance, which also depend on external factors.

Complaints and governing law

Complaints are sent to office@deycrusader.ro. We try to resolve any disagreement amicably. Romanian law applies. Consumers can also use the alternative dispute resolution procedures provided by law.
