Web design

See the product before it's built.

Without an approved structure, development becomes a series of expensive fixes: buttons moved, steps added late, copy that doesn't fit. You get clear screens for desktop and phone, a tested user journey and files any development team can implement.

Signs you need it

Situations you'll recognize.

  • You have an idea for a website or app, but don't yet know which screens you need.
  • Your development team wants a design before estimating the cost.
  • Customers get lost on your current website and can't find the order button.
  • You want to compare two user journeys before investing in code.
  • The product has grown and every screen looks like someone else made it.

What isn't included

  • Design doesn't include development; for the working website, use the Websites or SaaS platforms configurator.
  • The logo and full identity are a separate service, graphic design.
  • Final copy isn't included; we work with your copy or with separately ordered copywriting.
What you get

Concrete deliverables, with clear limits.

The base package includes exactly what is described here. Anything else is added explicitly, with price and hours.

Unique screens

Up to 3 key screens in the package, each on desktop and phone. The volume is set by a single number: the total number of screens.

Wireframe

The layout of each screen, without colors, so we first decide what information appears and in what order.

Final visual design

Colors, typography, images and components applied to the approved screens.

Prototype, optional

The screens linked together, so you can go through the journey like a user.

Editable files

The sources of the delivered screens and the exported assets, yours after full payment.

What changes the complexity and the cost

Four choices that matter.

The price comes from these choices, not from a vague estimate.

The number of unique screens

Each screen beyond the 3 included costs 90 EUR and 3 hours. States of the same screen are not counted separately.

The visual system

A component library takes extra time, but shortens later development.

The prototype

Useful when you want to test the journey with real people before code.

User testing

A session with 3 people shows where the journey gets stuck.

What you need to prepare

  • The product's goal and who uses it
  • Examples of websites or apps you like, and why
  • The logo, colors and fonts, if any
  • The main copy or a draft of it
  • The person who approves the stages

What we take on

  • Screen structure and the order of information
  • The wireframes and the final design
  • Adapting for phone
  • Preparing the files for development
  • Notes on states and behaviors
How we work together

Approvals, revisions, handover.

You work directly with the assigned specialist: UI/UX Designer.

A short brief

A 30–45 minute conversation where we clarify the product, the audience and the screens.

Stage approval

You approve the wireframe before the design. We don't redo colors on a structure that isn't decided yet.

3 revision rounds

A round is a consolidated list of feedback, sent once for that version.

Handover

You get the files and an explanation of the components, ready for implementation.

DC Workspace

After you order, your project (Web design) gets its own space in DC Workspace: you see the stages, approve deliverables and send us materials without lost emails.

What is the difference between design and development?

Design sets how each screen looks and behaves. Development turns the approved screens into code that works on the server and in the browser. You can order them separately or together; with the design approved, the development estimate becomes more accurate.

What does a unique screen mean?

A distinct page or view: the product list, a product page, the cart. States of the same screen, such as an empty list or an error message, are not counted as separate screens.

How many screens do I need?

A presentation website usually has 3–6 unique screens, because service pages use the same template. A store has around 6–8, and an app with roles can exceed 10. If you don't know, we start from 3 and adjust after the brief.

Do I get the editable files?

Yes. After full payment, the source files of the delivered screens and the exported assets belong to you. Third-party licensed fonts or images keep their own licenses.

What do I get if I choose the prototype?

The screens linked together, so you can press the buttons and go through the journey. The prototype isn't code and doesn't save data; it's a testing tool before development.

Is the design responsive?

Yes. Each included screen has a desktop and a phone version. Tablet gets dedicated layouts only if you choose the separate option; otherwise it adapts from the two.

How many revisions are included?

Three consolidated rounds per approved stage. If you need more adjustments, we estimate them at 60 EUR per hour and you approve them first.

How long does a design project take?

The 3 screen package has an estimated effort of 9 hours. The calendar timeline depends on feedback and the specialist's capacity; on the order page you see the estimated dates for the day you place the order.
