Yes. Every configurator shows the final price in EUR and the estimated effort for each option. The total in RON appears when you order, at the displayed exchange rate.

DEYCRUSADER SRL is not registered for VAT. The displayed prices are final and no VAT is added.

A package is a starting point with set quantities. A deliverable is what you concretely receive: pages, screens, clips, reports. An option is a deliverable or feature you add or remove. What is included in the package is not paid for twice.

The estimated production effort, not the calendar timeline. The timeline is calculated from the hours, the specialist's daily capacity and a delivery buffer.

External costs: the domain, the ad budget, licenses, AI and API usage, platform subscriptions, app store fees. You pay them directly to the providers and see them separately in the configuration.

Yes, before payment. From the order page you open the configuration, change it and the same line is updated, with no duplicate. After payment, changes are estimated and approved separately.

EUR is the stable reference for the catalog. Payment is made in RON, at the NBR exchange rate shown in the order. RON amounts, including future instalments, are fixed when the order is confirmed.

Standard: 30% deposit and 70% at handover. For eligible projects, six equal monthly instalments, with the total increased by 30%, which include basic maintenance during the instalment period. Photo-video production and UGC require a 50% deposit.

When you order a main service together with an eligible complementary one, you get a 30% discount on the complementary service. For monthly services, the discount applies only to the first month. It does not apply to the media budget, licenses, external usage or setup.

No. We recommend 3 months for a realistic assessment, but you can choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The subscription ends at the chosen duration unless you tick renewal.

First month: 50% at the start, 50% at the end of the month. If the second month also starts, on that date you pay the balance of the first month plus the second month. From the third month on, each month is paid in advance.

The service doesn't start until the payment is confirmed. You can retry the payment from the order page. Retries don't create duplicate instalments.

After the payment is confirmed, we prepare the contract and the brief, usually within 1–2 working days. The start depends on capacity and on receiving materials and access. You can see the calculated dates on the order page.

On the later of the contract signature date and the date the initial payment is received. We don't invoice retroactively.

Yes. The assigned specialist talks with you about requirements, progress and revisions.

Three consolidated rounds per deliverable or per defined stage. A round is a list of feedback sent once for that version.

After full payment, the original work and the agreed deliverables become your property, under the contract. Third-party licenses, fonts and open-source components keep their own terms.

For 30 days we fix any non-conformities with the agreed deliverables. For monthly updates and changes there is maintenance.

For web projects we deliver, the first year of standard hosting is included from launch. From the second year, standard renewal costs 99 EUR per year and is your choice. The domain is paid separately.
