How is the first month paid?
50% at the start and 50% at the end of the first month. If the second month also starts, on that date you pay the balance of the first month plus the second month in full. From the third month on, each month is paid in advance. At 99 EUR/month: 49.50 EUR, then 148.50 EUR, then 99 EUR.
Can I buy a single month?
Yes. We recommend at least 3 months for a realistic assessment, but you can choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. For a single month you pay 49.50 EUR at the start and 49.50 EUR at the end, with no second month.
What does response time mean?
The time in which we confirm receipt of the request and start the assessment, during business hours. It doesn't mean the resolution time, which depends on the problem.
Which assets can be taken over?
Websites, online stores, web platforms and app backends. One asset is included; each extra one costs 60 EUR per month, because it has its own backup and its own checks.
What isn't covered by maintenance?
New features, redesign, large migrations and urgent work outside business hours. We estimate them separately and you approve them first. Fixing a defect in our deliverable is not charged as a revision.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Included hours apply to that month. If you know you need more hours, add them in the configuration.
Do you provide 24/7 monitoring?
Automatic monitoring can check the website continuously. Human intervention happens during business hours. For major incidents, depending on availability, we step in daily between 08:00 and 22:00, at the emergency rate.
Can you move the website to your hosting?
Yes. Migration costs 150 EUR once, and we plan it to minimize downtime. Standard hosting costs 99 EUR per year. We don't promise zero downtime.
How do I cancel?
The subscription ends at the chosen duration. If you ticked renewal, you can stop it 7 days before the next period. The balance for the service already provided remains due.
I have an incident right now. What do I do?
Use the Emergencies page. Standard maintenance starts from a working system; an active incident is handled as priority work, with the rate communicated in advance.
