What counts as a clip?
A distinct final video, up to 60 seconds long, with its own message and structure. The same edit in another format is not a new clip, but an adapted format.
What is the difference between raw minutes and final length?
Raw minutes are your recordings. Final length is the length of the edited clip. 15 raw minutes can result in a 45 second clip. Over 15 minutes per clip, selection costs 25 EUR extra per clip.
Where can you film?
Currently mainly in Iași, Neamț, Vaslui, Suceava, Botoșani and Bacău. For other areas, including Bucharest, we organize filming on request, with travel calculated after the route is confirmed, at 0.40 EUR/km round trip, and confirmed before ordering.
Why is the filming deposit 50%?
Because we reserve the date, the operator and the equipment. The 50% deposit is paid when ordering, and the rest on delivery. Editing from your footage has a 30% deposit.
What is UGC and how does it work remotely?
Clips in which a creator presents your product or service, filmed in their own space. You send them the product or digital access; shipping and return are agreed in advance. No travel is needed.
Can I use the UGC clips in ads?
Yes, with the right to use them in ads, 50 EUR per clip for 3 months. Longer periods and exclusivity are negotiated separately with the creator. We don't offer unlimited rights to a person's image.
What music do you use?
Music from libraries with a standard license, suitable for social media. If you want a specially licensed track or a professional voice-over, we show you the cost first and you approve it.
How many revisions do I get?
Three rounds of editing adjustments, according to the brief. A round is a consolidated list for one version. If the brief or concept changes, reshooting or re-editing is estimated separately.
Which formats do you deliver in?
One format is included: 9:16, 16:9 or 1:1. A second format for each clip costs 20 EUR, and three formats cost 40 EUR per clip.
