Are the 8 posts per network?
No. It's 8 original posts per month, in total. We adapt and publish them on Facebook and Instagram at no extra cost. The same post adapted for another network doesn't count as a new one.
Posts, stories and reels: how are they counted?
Static posts and simple carousels are part of the 8 posts. Extended carousels, up to 5 slides, cost 40 EUR. Reels edited by us cost 75 EUR each.
Who makes the photos and videos?
You can provide them or order them separately from the Video service, as filming or UGC. We don't include unlimited free stock.
How do we approve the posts?
You receive the monthly batch before publishing. Three consolidated revision rounds are included per batch. Approved and published posts are not redone without limit.
Do you reply to comments and messages?
With basic moderation, yes: 3 actual hours per month, during business hours, with simple replies and escalation of difficult questions to you. For high daily volume, you add hours at 35 EUR each.
What do I get in the report?
Reach, engagement, clicks and the change from the previous month, plus the decisions for the next month. We don't report numbers the platforms don't provide.
Can I choose a single month?
Yes. We recommend at least 3 months for a realistic assessment, but you can choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The first month is paid at the start, then each month in advance.
Is paid promotion included?
No. The media budget is paid directly to the platforms. Campaign management is the Advertising service, with a fixed fee.
