What is the difference between users and concurrent users?
Users are all the accounts created. Concurrent users are those active at the same moment. Infrastructure is sized on the second number. If you don't know, we start on standard hosting and measure in the first weeks.
What is an access role?
A set of permissions: what a person sees and can change. Two roles are included, for example administrator and client. Each extra role costs 90 EUR.
What is a multi-tenant platform?
A platform used by several separate organizations, each with its own data, users and settings. It's needed when you sell the platform to other companies. The separation costs 500 EUR and 14 hours.
What does a module mean?
A distinct functional area, with its own screens and data: invoices, reports, messaging. The main flow is included; each additional module costs 250 EUR.
Can I connect the platform to other systems?
Yes, through an API. A standard integration, with a documented API, costs 200 EUR. Integrations without documentation or with complex logic are estimated separately, after analysis.
Where does the platform run and how much does the infrastructure cost?
The first year on DC Media standard hosting is included, with the resources listed in the configuration. If you need a dedicated cloud, the setup costs 300 EUR, and you pay the cloud subscription directly to the provider. We don't promise unlimited resources.
I already have a mobile app with a backend. Do we have to rebuild it?
No. Choose the “Web portal on an existing backend” option: we build only the web interface and connect it to the API. You don't pay twice for the same backend.
Who owns the code?
After full payment, the code written for the project and the agreed deliverables belong to you, under the contract. Open-source libraries keep their own licenses.
What does the development plan look like after launch?
We hand over the list of postponed features and recommendations for the next stage. Each new stage is estimated separately, based on the configuration, not through a subscription for unlimited changes.
