The consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, meaning an individual ordering outside your professional activity, you have the right to withdraw from a services contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of concluding the contract, without giving a reason, under the conditions and with the exceptions set out in the legislation on distance contracts.

For legal entities and for orders made for professional purposes, the right of withdrawal does not apply; cancellation follows the contract.

Starting services before 14 days

You can expressly request, when ordering, that the service starts before the withdrawal period expires. If you withdraw after it has started, you owe an amount proportional to the services provided until you communicate the withdrawal. If the service has been fully provided with your express consent and you confirmed that you lose the right of withdrawal once it is fully provided, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

How to withdraw

Fill in the form below or send a clear statement to office@deycrusader.ro, with your name, the order number and the email for confirmation. You receive an acknowledgement with the date and time it was recorded.

The refund

We refund the amounts owed within 14 days of receiving the statement, through the same payment method used originally, in RON, for the amount received, minus the proportional value of the services already provided, if applicable.

Cancelling subscriptions

• A subscription without renewal ends on its own at the chosen duration.
• A subscription with renewal stops if you notify us at least 7 days before the next period.
• For maintenance, if a new period doesn't start, only the 50% balance of the month provided is owed, not the following month.

Production and bookings

For booked filming sessions, the rescheduling and cancellation terms are set in the contract. We don't apply penalties that weren't communicated before the order.
